We only ship as registered mail with a tracking number.

Delivery time to Europe destinations is normally 6 – 8 business days, to everywhere else about 2 weeks. Sometimes the delivery can take longer than the estimated time, feel free to contact us at anytime if you haven’t received your package after a while.

Please make sure that the shipping address you have provided is correct.

You are responsible for all customs fees that may be applied by your country. The customs form states the accurate value of all items.

Returns

Our return policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since you have received your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

To return your product, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

When you are returning an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
