In this post, I write about positive & negative feedback and why it matters for me.
Why giving feedback matters?
Let’s assume that you are invited to the birthday party and have created something to gift – a cake, jewellery, jewellery box or something else. You are super happy with your work and you wait that other’s will say something about it. You wait and wait but nobody says anything. Nothing positive or negative. You have no idea if your gift liked others or not.
Actually, I feel the same thing often. I wait for the feedback about jewellery, service, transport – about everything. Feedback don’t need to be positive always. It can be negative – but it has to be constructive.
What can one positive feedback create? It will create an awesome feeling for me. I love when my jewellery makes someone really happy and excited. I believe that we all would like to hear that other person like your product which you have created with your own hands. So, if you don’t mind, please give me a feedback if you have bought some jewellery from me – it will give me even more motivation and makes my heart warm!
If you are not so happy with jewelleries I have created, please, let me know! Don’t be afraid to give me feedback if you don’t like something – maye there’s something wrong, someting different than you expected or something else. For me, it is really important to get constructive and grounded feedback – this way I know what I can change and do differently. Negative feedback makes me a better designer! I am always giving my best to create beautiful jewelleries, but we are all humans and we make mistakes. If something bothers you, please, let me know! 🙂
To sum this up – If you have any jewellery I have created – let me know! You can write it in the comments, contact with me via contact form, email me, or even better – write a feedback on Facebook (leave a comment under “visitor posts” – you can find it on the right side if you scroll down a little bit) – so others can also see it!
All this helps me to be a better jewellery designer and see things from other perspective!! 🙂 So, if you don’t mind, write me!
Stay elegant 😉
